Steven's Tip of the Week

Welcome to one of our new features, the Coaches' Tip of the Week. This is basically some technique tip that Jeff, Steven, or Ty give the team members to work on during the off days between Wednesday practices and Monday practices. The coaches feel strongly that if the kids really want to get stronger and improve their climbing skills, that they need to spend time outside of regular practice hours working on their climbing. This week's tip is:

Exaggerate Movements

If you don't know what this means, the team members should and they can explain it, or better yet, show you when they go to the gym for extra practice. :)
